This manual guides sellers from registration to daily trading.

1. Register and create your shop.

  1. Create an Amirify account using accurate owner and business information.
  2. Open Seller Hub and select Create Your Shop.
  3. Choose a unique store name and Amirify store address.
  4. Select the business type and primary category.

2. Complete verification. Provide the owner or authorised representative, registration or identity information, contact details, trading address and the documents requested by Amirify. A shop remains private until approved.

3. Brand the storefront. Upload a clear logo and banner, choose brand colours and write an accurate store description. Do not copy another business identity or use intellectual property without permission.

4. Configure selling. Confirm VAT status, dispatch location, support email, delivery process and return policy. Information shown to customers must remain current.

5. Add products. Add original product images, clear titles, descriptions, prices, variants, dimensions, weight and stock. Products may require approval before publication.

6. Payments and payouts. Customers pay through Amirify checkout. The seller ledger shows gross sales, Amirify commission, payment-processing charges, refunds, holds and net earnings. Cleared balances are paid according to the published payout schedule.

7. Test and submit. Preview the store, products, cart, delivery information and notifications. Accept the current seller policies and submit the store for Amirify review.

8. Run the business. Use Seller Hub to manage products, stock, orders, fulfilment, customers, marketing, analytics and payouts. Respond to orders and customer issues within the service standards published by Amirify.
