Acceptable and Prohibited Products Policy

Seller responsibility. Sellers must ensure every listing and sale is lawful, safe, genuine and permitted by Amirify, payment providers and courier partners.

Prohibited examples.

• Illegal goods or services.
• Counterfeit, stolen or infringing products.
• Weapons, explosives or dangerous items not expressly approved.
• Controlled substances, unlawful medicines or unapproved health claims.
• Fraudulent financial products, gambling or deceptive schemes.
• Hateful, exploitative or sexually abusive material.
• Products subject to sanctions, recalls or unlawful trade restrictions.
• Items prohibited by Yoco, the courier or applicable law.

Restricted categories. Alcohol, food, cosmetics, supplements, medical products, precious metals, adult products, hazardous goods and other regulated categories require prior approval and evidence of compliance.

Enforcement. Amirify may request evidence, reject or remove listings, hold affected funds, report unlawful activity and suspend or terminate sellers.
