These terms apply to every seller on Amirify.

C1 Commission and fees. Amirify deducts its commission and any applicable fees from each sale as set out in the fee schedule shown in the Seller Hub.

C2 When earnings become payable. Earnings for an order become eligible for payout 7 days after delivery is confirmed, provided no dispute, return or claim is open on that order. Delivery is confirmed only by the courier’s proof of delivery or the buyer’s confirmation of receipt; sellers are never paid on an assumed delivery. This gives buyers a fair window to report a problem before the seller is paid.

C3 Payout day. Eligible earnings are paid every Friday.

C4 Payout reserve. On every payout Amirify holds back 10% as a reserve for 60 days. The reserve covers refunds, returns and claims that arise after payout. It is released automatically 60 days after the payout it was taken from, less any amount already applied to a claim.

C5 Disputes freeze payouts. If a buyer reports a problem, the payout for that order is frozen until the dispute is resolved. Other orders are not affected.

C6 Taxes. Sellers are responsible for their own tax obligations, including VAT where they are registered.
